經驗分享：這句話不短，在原文中，一句話就是一個段落。從句中，appear這個單詞并不是很多同學們想象的實意動詞，而是一個狀態類系動詞，所以后面才能跟一個動詞不定式做表語。在主句中，ordering....是所謂的非謂語做狀語，也就是主句主語Prime Minister Narendra Modi做了兩個動作，一個被當成了正式的謂語has imposed，另一個就降格成了非謂語，變成了整個句子的狀語，在狀語中，還出現了一個動作”to stay”，既然也是個動作，所以它也有資格配一個狀語來做一個動作修飾，也就是后面的with a few exceptions for essential workers in food shops or law enforcement(”with a few exceptions”意思是“除了某些例外”)。
